Roy Disney Dies

Walt Disney's nephew, Roy Disney, has died yesterday after a year of battling with stomach cancer. Disney was part of the Walt Disney Company and was a big inspiration to it. His father, Roy O. Disney, and his uncle, Walt Disney, co founded Disney Entertainment business. Disney was the head of Disney Animation and owner of Shamrock Holdings. He was 79 when he died. R.I.P

Selena Gomez Helps Stray Dogs

Selena Gomez was recently on the Ellen Degeneres show, and Selena shared that she has 5 dogs that she has adopted and the dogs were stray dogs. 4 of the dogs she adopted in Texas and her other dog was adopted in Puerto Rico when she was filming a movie. Selena is also part of an organization that helps stray dogs. Hurray for Selena for helping the animals in need.

Spongebob is the Best!!!

Nickelodeon wants 26 more episodes of the hit cartoon show, Spongebob. Nickelodeon's animation president, Brown Johnson, says that Spongebob has been a hit cartoon for already a decade and it already has a total of 178 episodes for the series. Spongebob is the most watched and loved cartoon in all of history. Like who isn't going to love Spongebob.

Golden Globes Announced

The Golden Globes have been announced this morning. Up in the Air has 6 nominations which include George Clooney for Best Performance Actor in a Motion Picture and Best Motion Picture. Sandra Bullock got nominated for Best Performance Actress in a Motion Picture in The Blind Side and Best Performance in a Motion Picture for The Proposal. Not only did they get nominated but the hit show, Glee. Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison and Jane Lynch got nominated for their awesome characters in Glee. The Golden Globes will air on January 17, 2010 on NBC.

The Kardashians

Yesterday was the season premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The new season will have some big drama between Khloe and Scott, Kourtney's baby daddy. Khloe can't stand Scott for cheating on Kourtney. Scott is just trying change and be nicer to the family, but it seems that Kris and Khloe won't forgive Scott for what he did. Will this change before the baby arrives or will they still be arguing once the baby comes. I just know that this season is going to be the most dramatic season yet. Tune in to watch more on E! at 10pm on Sundays.

19th Duggar is Born

Congrats to the Duggar family. Michelle Duggar, star of the reality show 18 Kids and Counting has delivered her 19th daughter, Josie Brooklyn. The baby was born premature weighing 1 lb and 6oz due to Michelle's gallstone. Earlier this week she was taken to the hospital because of pain she felt. The baby was born via C-section and the mother and daughter are doing just fine. :)

Apple Announces Best of 2009

The best app of '09 was Sims 3. Best movies were Quantum of the Solace, Twilight, and Star Trek. The most downloaded song on Itunes was "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas.
